What is 'Event Photography'?...

...Professional studio quality photographs of your event printed on-site and ready for your guests to take away with them by the end of the event. It gives your guests the opportunity to have a professional photographer take a studio quality photo of them, thats printed at lab quality and ready for collection before the event has finished. A perfect memento of a great day or night out. 



How much will cost us?... 

...Absolutely nothing! We do not charge you for providing this service to your guests/event organisers. 



What events do you cover?... 

...Everything from black-tie dinner functions to corporate end of year parties, Christmas parties, sporting events and charity/fundraising events where there are more than 50 guests. 



How is everything set up on the day? ...

...We bring a fully portable studio to your event including a backdrop, lights and professional mini-lab together with a viewing station. Prints are supplied in high quality card mounts and paid for on collection. Pricing is determined based upon location and type of event being covered. All prints taken are printed so guests are asked politely to only come forward for a photo if they intend to purchase it later in the event. 

Upon collection of prints if guests wish to purchase extra copies of their photo they are provided with a simple order form and directed to the viewing station where they can record the unique image number of their photo, the number of extra copies required and provide an address for these to be sent to by post. Depending upon how busy the event is, extra prints will be printed either at the end of the night, or sent by post to the address provided within a few days. 

We do not use hard-selling and guests are never forced to have their photos taken. Its purely a service for those people who wish to take part in the fun. 

We can photograph people on their own, couples or small groups of friends/family. 



How much space will your portable studio take up on the day? ...

...We generally require a space of around 20 x 20 feet, so will cause minimal disruption to your event. All that we ask event organisers to consider is that we are placed near to power sockets for our lighting and printing equipment, and somewhere obvious for your guest to be able to find/see us easily. 



What size prints can you offer? ...

...We usually supply 7 x 5 inch prints as we have found these to be the most popular size for event photography. However, if requested we can supply the larger 8 x 6 inch prints instead. (Please note that we can only supply once size of print at each event.) 



Can photos be viewed or purchased after the event? ...

...When specifically requested, your event photos can be made available for viewing from our website within 24 hours. From here, extra copies can be ordered. However, our experience has shown us over the years that its the immediacy of being able to take away prints on the day/night of the event itself thats most popular. When making event photos available for viewing from our website after the event has finished, we see very few resulting prints ordered. 



Do you offer complimentary prints? ...

...Of course! We can offer up to three complimentary prints to our event organisers on the day of the event itself, so if youve put all the hard work into the event yourself, just come along and see us for your free print. 



Can I see some sample photos? ...

...Just contact us and wed be happy to send you a sample print, or better still why not visit our website and take a look instead.

			<description>We are a family run catering business who would be interested in attending your events in 2008, at present we have two units with all staff operating them trained to a minimum of level 2 in food hygiene.
 
The first is a 16 ft general purpose unit from which we can provide a whole range of foods from burgers and hot dogs to restaurant quality main meals. As well as the mandatory tea, coffee and soft drinks we also provide freshly made thick shakes and luxury hot chocolate.
 
The second is branded as &quot;Dinky Donuts&quot; for which we are licensed through towability- the only distributor within the UK. In addition to fresh donuts we also provide real dairy ice cream, a wide variety of ice lollies and hot and cold beverages as stated above from this unit.
 
In 2007 we attended a number of events including: Gwent Classic Car Show at Caldicot Castle
